Amanda Barton, Esq. has over ten years of experience handling complex corporate matters, with a strong focus on corporate governance, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.  As someone who loves written language, Amanda excels in drafting cannabis applications and negotiating deals which makes her imperative to the success of our association

Randy Rembert is the manager and founder of Rembert Family Farms, LLC, a Florida hemp farm founded in 2019. in 2020 Rembert family farms became the first black-owned farm to plant and harvest hemp in the state of Florida. His love for cultivation and passion for more Floridians to get involved in the industry makes him a great asset to the association.

Masha heads Corporate Growth & Education at ACS Laboratory, a (Florida) Certified Medical Marijuana Testing Laboratory.
 

Since 2018, Masha has worked across the business for both cannabis and hemp compliance, as well as entheogens research and analytical testing. Masha stays on top of legal, scientific and product development, helping to drive corporate growth through client acquisition and retention.
Masha Co-founded Extract Collective and Cannafamilia - both focus on patient navigation +
cannabis wellness education through experiential events; through pre-recorded TV quality variety shows in Spanish Language only (Cannafamilia).
She holds a BSBA from American University and an MBA from George Washington University
